About Our Hosts

Christina is a psychologist who has practiced yoga since 2002. She is passionate about integrating meditation into modern psychology with yogic wisdom to support deep transformation. With a background in clinical psychology and a deep interest in embodiment practices, she helps others break free from conditioned patterns and reconnect with presence. Expect a journey that is insightful, somatic, and expansive —grounded in both science and ancient wisdom, always approached with compassion and curiosity.

Kira Sutherland is an Australian Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist and Sports Nutritionist with over 28 years of clinical experience. She balances her time between clinical practice, teaching at the undergraduate level in both Naturopathy and Nutritional Medicine, and mentoring health practitioners in holistic sports nutrition. Known for her straightforward and vibrant teaching style, Kira aims to empower her clients and students to achieve their best selves, whether as athletes or practitioners. As a lifelong endurance athlete herself and the current performance nutritionist for the Sydney Marathon, Kira's journey exemplifies dedication to wellness, inspiring others to pursue their paths to optimal health.

They all feature an open-air shower and private terrace with daybed, and are intimate hideaways that combine privacy with a connection to the outdoors, as well as provide an authentic Bali adventure experience for spirited travelers seeking rustic refinement.

The Pricing

Includes accommodation, meals and all scheduled activities. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hair dryer, pool towels, and organic toiletries.

  • Shared Room $2,500pp

  • Individual Room $3,300pp

The remaining 50% needs to be paid 60days before retreat starts.
