Training
Integrating mindfulness and embodiment into modern clinical practice.

Although mindfulness and somatic approaches are now widely recognised, many clinicians feel uncertain about how to apply them safely and effectively. These training programs bridge that gap by combining psychological science, mindfulness, and embodied learning to help psychologists and healthcare professionals integrate these methods with confidence.

The focus is on practical application, trauma-sensitive delivery, and personal embodiment. The aim is to help clinicians use mindfulness and body-based interventions not only as tools for clients but as living practices that deepen presence and connection.

All programs are delivered live online through interactive, experiential learning and guided reflection.

Short courses and workshops for the general public will also appear here, including Learn to Meditate and Breathwork for Calm and Clarity.
