Nourish & Reconnect:

A Women’s Retreat for Body, Mind & Soul

Hosted by
Simmone Logue
&
Dr. Christina Farrell

Retreat Essence

This is more than a weekend away, it’s a full-body invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what truly sustains you.

Set on the sacred land of Essington Park, a lovingly restored 1860s homestead imbued with history and natural beauty, this retreat is grounded in the healing power of nature, somatic practices, and nourishing food.

Over three nights, we’ll explore the essential connections that support wellbeing:

  1. To self, through embodied practices that calm and reset the nervous system

  2. To nature, through movement, stillness, and time on the land

  3. To community, through shared meals, meaningful conversations, and quiet presence

Designed for women in midlife, in transition, or simply needing space to exhale, this retreat is not just about rest — it’s about reclaiming your sense of balance and learning sustainable practices for real life.

Hosted by Simmone Logue, celebrated chef and creative soul, and Dr. Christina Farrell, psychologist and somatic educator, this experience is a unique blend of culinary nourishment, psychological insight, and embodied reconnection.

Come home to your body. Come home to the land. Come home to yourself.

The Experience

Across four slow, restorative days, you’ll be guided through a carefully curated rhythm of:

  1. Morning movement and meditation to awaken body and mind

  2. Breathwork and somatic practices to regulate and restore the nervous system

  3. Creative and reflective workshops that explore connection, nutrition, and self care

  4. Long, unhurried meals that celebrate the art of wholefood nourishment

  5. Evenings by the fire, journaling, sharing, and soaking in the stillness of the countryside

Between sessions, there’s ample time to rest, wander, journal, or enjoy the property’s gardens and trails.

The Food

Simmone’s approach to food is rooted in simplicity, ritual, and generosity. Every meal is created with seasonal, local produce, a celebration of the land and the people who grow from it.

Meals are served communally in the farmhouse kitchen, weaving story, conversation, and sensory pleasure into every bite.

Food becomes a language of care, one that nourishes both body and soul.

The Place

Tucked within the rolling hills of Oberon, Essington Park is a 40-acre sanctuary of restored beauty and creative inspiration, 3hrs from Sydeny. Its heritage homestead, orchards, and open paddocks offer space to exhale and reconnect.

Every corner reflects Simmone’s devotion to craftsmanship and comfort from the long timber tables to the soft linens and open-hearth kitchen.
