Exploring the psychology of disconnection and the path back to aliveness.
Book Underdevelopment - hoping to release in 2026"
My writing sits at the intersection of psychology, culture, and consciousness. It explores how modern life, through technology, consumerism, and constant productivity, has pulled us away from our bodies, from nature, and from one another.
Drawing on my background as a psychologist and long-time yoga and meditation practitioner, I write about what it means to come home to ourselves in a world that rewards disconnection. My work weaves together science, philosophy, and lived experience to ask a simple but urgent question: how do we feel human again?
At its heart, my writing is about remembering the body, the breath, the land, and the wisdom that lives within each of us.
A forthcoming book brings these themes together through research, story, and lived example, tracing both the causes of numbness and the pathways back to presence and vitality.
An invitation to slow down, wake up, and reconnect with what truly matters.
