Retreat
Body. Nature. Community.

Our modern lives move fast. The constant demands, screens, and noise leave little space to breathe or simply be. My retreats offer an invitation to pause and return to what is real the body, the breath, and the natural world that holds us.

Each retreat blends psychological insight, mindfulness, and embodied practice, held in environments immersed in nature that support nervous system regulation and reconnection. When we spend time in nature, the body naturally slows, the breath deepens, and the mind softens. These moments of stillness help us remember that calm and clarity are not things to chase; they are states we can return to.

Through guided workshops, meditation, breathwork, and yoga, participants reconnect with their bodies and the wisdom that lives within. These experiences are not about escape. They are about coming back to yourself grounded, clear, and connected.

Retreat Philosophy

The foundation of each retreat rests on three simple principles:

The Body as the Gateway

Transformation begins in the body. Through breathwork, movement, and somatic meditation, we restore awareness of our internal landscape and learn to listen to the language of the nervous system.

Nature as the Teacher

All retreats are held in natural environments that invite restoration. The elements — earth, air, water, and fire — reflect our inner world and support balance. In nature, the body recalibrates, the mind quietens, and a sense of harmony returns.

Community as the Container

True healing happens in connection. Each retreat creates a space of safety and belonging where participants can share, reflect, and grow together. The community becomes a living reminder that we do not heal alone.

Collaborations

I love partnering with people who complement the retreat offering and bring their own wisdom, presence, and experience. Collaboration enriches the learning environment and ensures that each retreat offers something unique and meaningful.

Some of the inspiring people I have worked with include:

  • Simmone Logue – Chef, author, and businesswoman who creates food that is both nourishing and expressive of connection and creativity. Her meals reflect the philosophy of the retreats — simple, seasonal, and made with care.

  • Kira Sutherland – Naturopath and nutritionist who bridges Western science with natural health, helping participants understand how to nourish the body for balance and vitality.

  • Bernd Windhofer – International yoga and meditation teacher known for his depth, humility, and integration of yogic philosophy with modern life. His teaching brings balance between strength and surrender, intellect and intuition.

These collaborations make each retreat distinct — a meeting of disciplines, perspectives, and human stories that deepen the experience of body, nature, and community.
